Die MPI VEGA Prober-Serie ist ideal, die vielfältigen Test- und Materialhandhabungsanforderungen der Laserdioden- (VCSEL, EEL) und optischen Module zu erfüllen.
MPI VEGA Prober basieren auf einer hochflexiblen und zuverlässigen Plattform, die das Testen einer Vielzahl von Substrattypen (Wafer, Package & Vereinzeltes Die) über Temperaturen mit der Fähigkeit, dünne/verzogene Wafer zu handhaben, ermöglicht. Verschiedene Nadelaufbauten (Einzelmanipulatoren, Nadelkarten) unterstützen die Fähigkeit auch kleinste Pads mit kontrollierter Nadelkraft zu kontaktieren.
Die Systeme können mit Modulen für LIV-, Fernfeld- und Nahfeldmessungen ausgestattet werden. MPI bietet eine umfassende Test- und Messsuite, die eine Vielzahl von Messgeräten auf dem Markt für eine optimale Integration integrieren kann.
